If the product appears damaged upon delivery, please notify the carrier (transport company) immediately.
All damaged items must be inspected to determine the nature of the defect. To initiate the return process, please complete the following form: Customer Concern - report of damage

Once submitted, our Customer Service Team will issue a Return Authorization Number along with return instructions.


Avon Protection reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise. Following inspection, we will determine the appropriate action—this may include reordering (subject to availability) or issuing a credit/refund to the Distributor or invoiced party.
