Please notify the carrier (transport company) if product is perceived damaged at the time of delivery. All product that has been found as damage must be inspected to determine defect of product. The Customer Service Team will issue a Return Authorization # and return instructions.

Avon Protection has the right to inspect all merchandise. After inspection we will determine actions such as reorder pending availability or credit/refund to the Distributor or invoiced party.
