Returned goods for repair

All returned product must carry a Return Authorisation # (RMA) which is issued by the Customer Service or Care team. 

A repair estimate will be given upon completion of the form Repair Request

Estimates are calculated based on the information provided by you and are subject to change upon a thorough examination on receipt of the item.

We reserve the right to reject the returned repair items if deemed beyond economical repair however these items will still be subject to an administration fee. Customers will be informed of any changes prior to work commencing.

If multiple items require repair a form must be completed for each individual repair. Please note that orders are not accepted until a formal order acknowledgement has been issued. All orders are subject to Avon Protection’s standard terms and conditions of sale (which can be downloaded from the link below) and these conditions shall prevail and be effective, notwithstanding any inconsistent or additional terms contained in any purchase order or other document submitted by the customer.
