PROTECTION AGAINST PAVA SPRAY

Q:  What Avon Protection Filter would be appropriate for use in a riot training environment employing Pelargonic acid vanillylamide (PAVA) spray.

A:  Avon Protections riot filters, CSCF50 and CTCF50 have been shown to be effective against riot control agents CS, CN, CR, OC and PAVA.

Both the CSCF50 and CTCF50 will provide excellent protection against the riot agents listed above, with the CTCF50 providing extended protection.
