Q: Does the C50 respirator VPU (Gen I) transmit any electronic/radiation/radio waves?

A: No radio waves are transmitted by the VPU as it's hardwired between internal microphone and VPU and only then if it was connected to an external TMC radio.
All electronic/electrical devices emit an Electromagnetic Field (EMF), the Gen I VPU was tested to and is in compliance with MIL SPEC PRF-EA-2246 which is applicable to Electromagnetic Interference.
