MITR-M1 Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. By selecting “Yes” and submitting the form, you confirm that you are 18 years of age of older at the time of entry and agree to entry into the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is open to residents of the United States only. Entries from individuals outside the United States will not be eligible.
3. The prize must be claimed by 31^st October 2026 and can only be claimed via Avon Protection’s e-commerce store. Failure to claim the prize by this date may result in the prize being forfeited.
4. The prize draw begins on August 30, 2026 at 09:00 AM EST and ends on September 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be selected on Monday September 7, 2026 and notified via email.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. By opting in, you consent to receive marketing communications from Avon Protection. You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
7. Personal data collected through this competition will be used only for:
   • Administering the prize draw and fulfilling the prize; and
   • Sending marketing communications where consent has been provided
8. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including UK GDPR. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. The prize is non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize can only be shipped to an address within the United States.
10. The winner will be selected at random and contacted using the details provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Avon Protection reserves the right to select and alternative winner.

12. Avon Protection reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
